By accessing and using Odento ("Service"), provided by Odento Infolabs Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Odento provides a comprehensive dental practice management platform including but not limited to:

• Practice management software
• Lab management solutions
• Appointment scheduling (Calendar)
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Inventory management
• Payroll and HR management
• Social networking (Ripple)
• Video content platform (Wave)
• Event management (Surge)
• Learning management system (Spark)
• AI-powered RAG engine (Neurax)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: You must register for an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Free Tier: Certain features are available free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time.

4.2 Paid Services: Subscription fees and platform fees are charged as per our pricing policy:

• Dental lab order platform fee: ₹20 per order
• WhatsApp notification: ₹1 per notification
• Email notification: ₹0.5 per email
• Payment gateway fees as applicable
• Event management platform fee: ₹10 per attendee

4.3 Billing: All fees are billed in INR unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Odento Infolabs Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

6. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
